Rules that apply to every bet you place

These rules form part of your agreement with us and cover all games, bets and spins placed through your account. Where a game has its own rules or paytable, those apply alongside the general rules below.

  1. You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and play placed through them may be voided.
  2. Play is open to people aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and check the identity, age and payment details of accounts before withdrawals are released.
  3. Your account may hold real-money funds and bonus funds. Where both are present, the cashier and the game show which balance a stake is drawn from.
  4. A bet is final once it is placed and confirmed by the game. We cannot cancel, change or refund a confirmed stake because of a mistaken click, a change of mind or an unexpected result.
  5. Minimum and maximum stakes are set for each game and shown in the game itself. Stakes above the limit shown are not accepted.
  6. Stakes are taken from the balance in your account at the time of the bet. We do not offer play on credit, and a round will not start if the balance is short.

If you are unsure how a game works, open it in demo mode where that option is offered, or read the in-game rules before staking real money.

How bets and spins are settled

Outcomes are produced by the game provider's servers using tested random number generation. The result recorded on the game server is the result that counts for settlement.

If what appears on your screen differs from the server record, for example after a browser error, a cached page or a dropped connection, the server record decides the outcome and the amount paid. Screenshots of a display error do not change a settled round.

Each game carries its own rules and paytable, reached from the help or information button inside the game. These explain winning combinations, how features and free rounds behave, how ties are handled and the order in which wins are paid.

Every game also shows its theoretical return to player figure in the same help screens. The figure is a long-run average measured across a very large number of rounds; it does not predict the outcome of a single spin, hand or session.

Malfunctions and interrupted play

A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, feature or payout does not behave as its rules and paytable describe, the affected round is void, any stake taken for it is returned to the balance it came from, and any amount credited in error is removed from your account.

If your connection drops part-way through a round, the round is held on the game server. When you reopen the game it will either resume at the point it stopped or settle automatically to the result the server recorded. Some games complete the round without you and credit any win to your balance, so a lost connection does not cost you a result you had already earned.

Please do not keep staking if you think a game is not working correctly. Note the game name, the date and time, and the round or game identifier shown in the game history, then close the game and contact us.

Errors in your favour

Funds credited through a fault, a pricing error or an error on our part are not yours to keep. Where they have been staked or withdrawn, we may correct the balance or recover the amount.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus funds and free rounds are governed by the terms of the individual promotion, which are shown when you claim it and in the promotions area of your account. Those terms sit on top of the rules on this page.

  • A wagering requirement must be met before funds from a bonus can be withdrawn. Progress is shown in your account.
  • A maximum stake applies while a bonus or an open wagering requirement is active. Stakes above it may lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being removed.
  • Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some games are excluded. The contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
  • Bonus funds and free rounds expire if they are not used within the period stated in the promotion.
  • Where a bonus caps the amount that can be won or withdrawn from it, the cap is applied before the balance is released.
  • Using bonus funds in a way the promotion does not allow, including coordinated or low-risk betting patterns, may void the bonus and the play made with it.

If you would rather play without these conditions, you can decline a bonus or choose to play with your real-money balance only.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are run by a dealer in a studio and follow the rules published in each table's help screen. Those rules cover how cards are dealt, how the wheel or shoe is handled, insurance and side bets, and how payouts are calculated.

  • Bets must be confirmed before the betting window closes. Late bets are not accepted and any chips not confirmed in time are returned to your balance.
  • The dealer's decision on the conduct of the round is final, including calls of no more bets, misdeals, exposed or damaged cards and void spins.
  • If the video stream fails, the round continues on the game server and is settled on the server record. Any win is credited to your balance.
  • A void round under the table rules means stakes for that round are returned and no payout is made.
  • Table limits, seat availability and the handling of an inactive seat are shown at each table and may differ between tables of the same game.

Chat at a live table is moderated. Abusive messages, attempts to coach other players or sharing of account details may lead to chat access being withdrawn.

Queries about a settled round

If you believe a round has been settled incorrectly, contact us by e-mail at support@casinozetbet.co.uk or through the live chat on the site. Please include the details below so that we can find the round quickly.

  1. The name of the game, and the table name as well if you were playing at a live table.
  2. The date and time of the round, including the time zone you were playing in.
  3. The round or game identifier shown next to the round in the game history in your account.
  4. The stake you placed, and the result you expected the round to produce.

We look into the round against the server logs held by us and the game provider, and reply with what the records show. The server record is final. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can escalate the matter under our complaints procedure, which explains the steps and the independent route open to you at the end of them.
